Westhampton Beach, NY: Classic Lines provided project
management and carpentry services for the renovation of two bathrooms at this beach house, with stunning results. Tara
Fitzpatrick of JMT Fine Living [ (914) 715-4779 ] was in charge of the overall design and fixture choices.
South Bath: This more formal guest
bath features Carrera marble floors, subway tile wainscoting, fully tiled shower enclosure, and Kallista fixtures,
including solid limestone sinks.
North Bath: The second guest bath featured a ceramic
tile floor, white glass tile wainscoting and tub enclosure, more traditional Kohler pedestal sinks, and Restoration Hardware
fixtures.
Larchmont,
NY: The renovation of this small full bath in the client's finished basement resulted in a dramatic transformation
from dingy and dated to bright and clean, creating much-needed openness. Two different types of marble tile were
used in the new corner shower and floor, and the brushed nickel fixtures have clean, uncomplicated lines.
