South Salem, NY:  The laundry room in this nearly new home had plenty of storage space, but lacked a utility sink.  Rather than remove the existing base cabinet and install an unsightly free-standing wash tub, a deep sink and attractive pull-down spray faucet were installed in the countertop, creating a laundry sink that blends seamlessly into the space, with the added benefit of retained counterspace on either side of the sink.

Railings:  These exterior and interior railings were installed at a home in Larchmont, NY, to assist an older client who had recently suffered a fall.  The exterior rail will be permitted to weather and then will be painted white to match the home's trim.

Floor Refinishing:  The original oak and douglas fir floors in this Larchmont, NY home were given a bright, fresh look with a light sanding and several coats of high gloss polyurethane.

Furniture Refinishing:  This Danish modern teak coffee table was given a dramatic facelift to remove years of stains and to bring out its book-matched grain.  The pine armoire (reputedly made in Italy in the 1600s) benefited from an application of linseed oil and stain, quenching the wood and bringing out its beautiful aged patina.
