South Salem, NY: The kitchen in this 1927 home
was in need of a complete remodel. The tired linoleum floors were replaced with ceramic tile, outdated wallpaper was
removed and walls and trim were painted, the "Z brick" backsplash was replaced with decorative ceramic tile, appliances
were updated, and new shaker style maple cabinets were installed. The hollow box-out above the old cabinets was
removed and the kitchen island was turned 90 degrees to increase space and the sense of openness. The corian countertops
were recycled, resurfaced and re-installed, per the client's request.
Tarrytown, NY: This outdated condominium kitchen was given a complete facelift without changing its footprint. A plexiglass "window" to the living room was framed in, providing a backer for the new subway tile and listello backsplash. New oak floors, new taller cabinets, new granite counters and new appliances completed the transformation.
